Patricia DelRosso, TICA President

Patricia A. DelRosso currently serves as a Director and is the President of Inland Real Estate Exchange Corporation (IREX). Ms. DelRosso is also President and Managing Broker of Inland Exchange Sales Corporation.

Prior to developing the Exchange Corporation at the end of 2001, Patricia served as Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management for Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (IREIC). Ms. DelRosso has been with the Inland Group of Real Estate Companies, Inc. for over 21 years. 

During her long tenure with Inland, Patricia has spearheaded many types of real estate transactions including: sales, refinances, redevelopments, land developments, tax increment financings, condominium conversions, and over 750 tax deferred exchanges amounting to approximately $1 billion in value. She has overseen the business plans of investor owned assets, including multi-family, retail, office and industrial, triple net lease, land and mortgage funds.

Ms. DelRosso and Inland are a founding member of the Tenant-In-Common Association (TICA), and currently Patricia serves as President. She is also a member of the Investment Program Association (IPA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. Ms. DelRosso is a licensed real estate broker and National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. registered investment representative.
