Marc Paul is President and Co-Founder of SCI Real Estate Investments, LLC, a national real estate sponsor founded in 1994. SCI has a proven 14-year history of over 150 successful property acquisitions and re-sales, over 100 employees/staff, and presently owns interest in and oversees a national property portfolio valued in excess of $2 Billion. Marc specializes in placing 1031 Exchange investor equity into tenant-in-common (TIC) fractional co-ownership positions in SCI's institutional-quality real estate portfolio.

As a Founding Member of the Tenant-In-Common Association (TICA), Marc has taken a major role in developing the overall TIC Industry, and he has twice served as a Board Member and a former Vice President of TICA. He is currently a "President's Circle" member of The Real Estate Roundtable. Marc has previously owned a national commercial brokerage company with 70 commercial agents and for 17 years served as the head of the REO (foreclosure) Property Sales Divisions for Prudential and Merrill Lynch.

He is an accomplished speaker with appearances on CNBC, NBC, CBS' Market Watch, is a frequent panelist at national real estate symposiums, and with SCI has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Kiplinger's, and the Los Angeles Times.

Marc was recently named to the Board of Directors for the City of Hope, an innovative biomedical research, treatment and educational institution dedicated to the prevention and cure of cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. He is the creator of Racing for Hope, an annual thoroughbred horse-racing charity event that raises funds for the City of Hope to find "the answer to cancer".
