Greg Paul, Vice President

Greg Paul is President of OMNI Brokerage, the nationally recognized commercial real estate securities broker dealer. He is responsible for growing the company’s business and increasing OMNI’s reputation as a leader in the Tenant-In-Common (TIC) industry specializing in sponsor/program due diligence and distribution.

Since 1983, Greg has been actively involved in the real estate syndication industry beginning with Consolidation Capital. Three years later he joined Partnership Securities Exchange (PSX), a pioneer in the emerging real estate partnership secondary market, and soon became a partner of the firm.

Mr. Paul founded American Partnership Services (APS) in 1994, the first firm in the partnership secondary market to act as a best execution matching service. Gemysis Securities soon acquired APS and as President and Principal of Gemysis, Paul presided over the creation of American Partnership Board, the first automated Internet auction facility for illiquid investments. In 2001, Paul saw an opportunity to apply his experience in real estate syndication programs and the partnership secondary market to help establish OMNI Brokerage as a leader in the TIC industry.

Greg is the founding broker/dealer member of the Investment Program Association 1031 Committee, on the Board of Directors of TICA and Chairman of the TICA resale market committee.

Mr. Paul holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Brigham Young University, and earned a master’s in Business Administration from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
