TICA Board of Directors
TICA's Board of Directors is comprised of leaders who have helped build this industry. Each member is elected to serve a one or two year term. The board consists of:
- Sponsors A1 (5 votes) or Sponsors A2 (3 votes)—4 seats
- Affiliate Members (2 votes)—4 seats
- Associate Members (1 vote)—1 seat
- Registered Representative (1 vote)—2 seats
- President and President-Elect (non-voting)
Also serving on the board are ex officio members:
- TICA General Counsel (non-voting)
