John Temple

John Temple, founder and president of 1031PropertyWatch, is an office of supervisory jurisdiction (OSJ) of OMNI Brokerage in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Temple has served on OMNI Brokerage’s tenant-in-common due diligence and research committee since 2001. He is a founding member of TICA and an affiliate member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA).

He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Oregon. In addition, he has a real estate and securities license and has been active in the TIC market since 1998. Temple has completed over 400 TIC real estate transactions with 45 different sponsors representing more than $360 million in investment grade real estate.
