William Winn, TICA President Elect

Winn is president and partner of Passco Companies LLC and has been with the firm since 1998. Passco is a leading Tenant-in-common (TIC) sponsor firm offering TIC investments through the broker dealer community.

For over 10 years prior to joining Passco, Mr. Winn served as the Vice President of the Charles Dunn Company, with responsibility for asset management and as the Executive Vice President of The Lease Management Group, a subsidiary of the Charles Dunn Company. In these positions, he supervised property management staff, leasing, capital projects and construction for over 2,000,000 square feet of retail office and industrial properties and managed a staff of auditors who performed audits of high rise Class A office buildings throughout the United States.

He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a Certified Property Manager, member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Certified Shopping Center Manager. Winn holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from California State Polytechnic University and a master's in business administration from Pepperdine University.
