What is the Tenant-In-Common Association?
The Tenant-In-Common Association (TICA) is a trade association serving the fractional ownership industry.

How do I become a member of TICA?
Become a member online or fill out the membership application form and fax it to (317) 815-0871.

What is my username and password?
Your username and password allow you to access member-only portions of the website. If you have forgotten either of these, click here or contact Deborah Lowe at dlowe@ticassoc.org or (317) 663-4177.

When and how will I receive my username and password?
After receipt of your application and payment is confirmed, you will receive your username and password via e-mail within 48 hours followed by a welcome letter in the mail.

How do I update my profile?
You can update your profile online in the members-only section

How much are membership dues?
The cost of membership dues depends on what classification group you are in. Go to the membership dues page to see all the fees.

What is the difference between an A-1 and A-2 sponsor?
Sponsors can join as either an A-1 sponsor or an A-2 sponsor. A-1 sponsors pay a larger membership fee and receive more voting rights.

Is my membership based on an anniversary date or prorated on a calendar year?
Membership is based on an anniversary date.

How many locations can be listed on the locator map per membership?
One location may be listed on the locator map. Additional locations can be listed for $99 each.

Does TICA and its members adhere to a set of professional standards?
Yes, TICA has established a guideline of standards for its members with its Code of Ethics. All members receive a copy of the Code of Ethics in their welcome kit. Read the Code of Ethics.
