Topic:   Capital Markets will be the focus of TICA‘s inaugural webinar. The purpose of the webinar is to:

                      (1) provide an overview of the current financial and capital markets climate;

                      (2) discuss various alternatives to the ‘traditional’ sources of debt capital;

                      (3) offer guidance regarding deal structures, suitability and disclosures in this new economic environment. 

              To give webinar attendees the broadest possible perspective on these issues, we have assembled an expert team of TICA members, with representatives from the lending, sponsor, legal, broker-dealer and registered representative communities. This will be an interactive session with plenty of time for questions and comments from the audience. Hear and learn about real-world solutions to these very real-time issues.
