When is the conference and where will it be held?
TICA’s 5th Annual Conference takes place October 5-7, 2008 at The Wynn Las Vegas.

How do I register for the conference?
You can register online beginning July 15, 2008.
What are the registration fees?
Member (Registered Rep or Licensed Real Estate Broker only)

How can I become a member of TICA?

What are the exhibit hours?
The exhibit hall will be open the duration of the conference, except during general session presentations. Specific hours include during breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, lunches and receptions.
Can I distribute my company’s materials at the conference?
There are strict guidelines to ensure unauthorized materials are not distributed or displayed at TICA’s Conference. Read the guidelines, http://www.ticassoc.org/pdf/TICA%20Policy_Materials%20Distribution.pdf, for details.
Can my company hold a meeting in conjunction with TICA’s Conference?
Auxiliary (not private) meetings held immediately prior or after TICA’s Conference at the host hotel are prohibited. Please read the official policy, http://www.ticassoc.org/pdf/TICA%20Policy_Auxiliary%20Meetings.pdf, for details.
Conference Registration
Is there a registration deadline?
The early bird rate for conference registration is available through September 8, 2008. Online registrations will be accepted until September 30, 2008. After September 30, on-site registrations will be taken at the regular registration fees.
How do I cancel or change my conference registration?
Cancellation requests must be in writing and received by September 26, 2008. A $50 administration fee is assessed on all cancellations. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellations received after September 26 will not receive refunds. Please e-mail any requests to ticareg@oquest.com or call 1.866.207.1247.
Housing
What is the room rate and how do I make my hotel reservation?
The room rate is $249 per night plus tax (currently 9%). Reservations must be made by September 3, 2008 to ensure availability and the discounted rate. After this date, availability and price are not guaranteed. Reservations must be made online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/ TICA2008 . Each reservation requires a credit card for one night's room and tax deposit.
Individual Credit Card Authorization for Incidentals
The resort requires a pre-authorization of $150 for each night's stay to cover incidentals. For example, if you are staying three nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $450 when you check in. The pre-authorization will take place upon check-in. If you use a debit card, it will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank account. If you do not provide a credit card, the resort requires a $300 cash deposit per night for incidentals.
How do I cancel or change my room reservation at The Wynn?
The deposit is fully refundable provided reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night cancellation penalty. To cancel, call the Wynn housing department at 866.770.7555 or e-mail roomreservations@wynnlasvegas.com.
Changes to your reservation can be made via the online system through September 3. After that date, please call the Wynn housing department at 866.770.7555.
