Pinnacle is an oil and gas firm.  We provide two types offerings.

Working Interest Programs: We specialize in providing energy-based real property assets for accredited investors, including those seeking superior returns from oil and gas, tax advantaged distributions and an IRC Section 1031-qualified like-kind exchange replacement property. These programs are designed for income, qualified money and 1031 exchanges investors. 

Partnership Programs:  We provide direct participation drilling programs for those seeking a first year write-off against ordinary income.  Programs are designed to maximize the first year deduction from the IDCs as well as the returns over the life of the partnership.
